The Michigan Retirement Investment Consortium (MRIC) was created to develop a 403(b) plan solution for Michigan educators that would provide the best combination of low price and high quality service, while leveraging the collective buying power of participating school districts and educational professionals.

Selection criteria included expenses, investment options, participant services and company experience.
